If you are 18 years old or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary courses in business, retail or computers would be an asset) and a satisfactory Police Information Check, apply to start your career in registries!

The AARA offers courses to help you on your path to a career in a registry office. You can start training anytime at Alberta Registry Training - STAR Courses. If you are new to registries, we recommend getting started with the Registry Clerk 101 course for aspiring registry clerks.
Our CORES and APPRES courses are also used in other industries like law firms, banks, real estate, and automotive dealerships.
